Regular swimming: supervised by Eugene, these sessions are restricted to beginners and intermediate swimmers. They will first take confidence while in the water then gradually learn the various strokes.

Intensive swimming: supervised by Ariff, these sessions are meant for children who already master the 4 following strokes: the breaststroke, the freestyle, the backstroke and the butterfly stroke. These sessions are of high intensity and shall enable swimmers to improve so as to take part in competitions.

Activity leaders: Eugene and Ariff, swimming instructors and former swimmers.
